Cancellation Policy

Due to the way our system works, we can NOT CANCEL OR MAKE any changes to an order ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED as this causes MAJOR discrepancies in the export sent to the manufacturer. 

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED WE CAN NOT ALTER THE ORDER IN ANYWAY. 

This includes:

• ADJUSTING QUANTITES
• ADDING/ CHANGING A MONOGRAM 
• ADDING A DISCOUNT 
• CHANGING A SIZE 
• CANCELLING/PROCESSING A REFUND 

ORDERS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. 

Please note that colors and textures displayed on your screen may appear slightly different than the actual product due to variations in monitor settings and color calibration. This is not considered a manufacturer defect.
