Return Policy
ALL damaged item(s) are eligible for a replacement, exchange (if available), or store credit.
NO returns or refunds can be issued on any monogrammed or custom item. No exceptions.
Due to frequent inventory change Special K Smocks does not accept returns or exchanges of any item(s) other than receiving a wrong item or manufacture defect.
All item(s) that are eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and tags MUST still be attached.
Defected, missing, or wrong item(s) must be reported to Special K Smocks within 3 days of receiving item(s).
If the item(s) qualifies for a return the item(s) MUST be shipped back to Special K Smocks within 2 business days of the item(s) being reported. (Pre-Shipment notifications do not count. Tracking must state the item is in possession of mail carrier) Once item(s) have been received by Special K Smocks a replacement will be shipped to the customer within 5 business days if the item(s) passes a quality inspection.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason after 7 business days.

An SKS member will get back to you during normal business hours and will provide you with all information needed to initiate a return.
