Special K Smocks Return Policy
FINAL SALE
All purchases are final sale due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, missing, or incorrect.
Important: Items with added monogramming/name are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance, unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN
We’re happy to assist with a return if you receive:
- A missing item
- An incorrect item
- A defective item
To be eligible, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
If approved, we offer a replacement, exchange (if available), or store credit. Refunds are not issued.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original clear packaging
- With all tags still attached
Return packages must be scanned by the mail carrier within 2 business days of approval (pre-shipment tracking labels do not qualify).
Once received and inspected, store credit or replacement will be issued within 5 business days.
PREORDERS
All preorder items are made-to-order and final sale.
Estimated ship dates (ETA’s) are not guaranteed.
We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on preorder items that arrive later than the estimated production time provided.
No exceptions.
We are fully transparent with all preorder updates and delays. Updates are shared promptly in our Facebook group and pinned at the top under the featured section “Important Updates” to ensure all customers remain informed throughout production.
COLOR & STYLE VARIATIONS
- color/texture variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.

All smocking is done by hand, so minor variation in stitching, spacing, and shape is expected and adds to the charm of each piece and are not considered defects.

While rare, slight off-centering in smocking can occur. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for return.

Please email skscustomerhelp@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your full name/ email
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s)
Our team responds within 48 hours Monday–Thursday, 9:00AM–2:00PM CST. Emails are answered in the order received.
