Returns

Due to the custom nature and frequent inventory change of Special K Smocks clothing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a defective, missing, or incorrect item. These item(s) are eligible for a replacement, exchange (if available), or store credit ONLY.

For any reason if you receive an item that is:

  • Missing
  • Incorrect
  • Defective

You must report to Special K Smocks within 3 days of receiving item(s).

Eligible item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, in the original clear bag, with all tags attached. 

Pre-Order ETA’S are E S T I M A T E D and not guaranteed. We do not guarantee the arrival time of any of these items. No refunds or exchanges can be made on any item that has a late arrival. No exceptions.  

Colors and textures displayed on your screen may appear slightly different than the actual product due to variations in monitor settings and color calibration. This is not considered a manufacturer defect. Be sure to read the entire description of the item for all information regarding the design and fabrics used. 

All Smocking is HAND SMOCKED. Some items may appear slightly different in size and shape and no two items are exactly the same. This does not qualify as a damaged item. 

If the item(s) qualifies for a return the item(s) MUST be shipped back to Special K Smocks within 2 business days of the item(s) being reported. (Pre-Shipment notifications do not count. Tracking must state the item is in possession of mail carrier) Once item(s) have been received by Special K Smocks a replacement, exchange, or store credit will be given to the customer within 5 business days once the item(s) passes a quality inspection. 

Please email us at skscustomerhelp@gmail.com with your order number, name, pictures of your item(s), and a brief description of defect. An SKS member will get back to you during normal business hours and will provide you with all information needed to initiate the return.
