SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Order Items: All pre-order items have an ETA (ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL) listed on each description and picture of the item as well as the album of which the pre-order is apart of. This is an ESTIMATED time of when the items will SHIP to SKS from the FACTORY not to the customer. This is following our manufacturers ETA of when the order is ESTIMATED to be produced and shipped to SKS. Please note that all ETA’S are subject to change at any point due to any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. Please keep the ETA in mind when selecting sizes. All pre-order item sales are final. We do not offer any exchanges or returns on any pre-order items other than receiving a wrong item or manufacture defect. If you do receive a wrong item or a manufacturer defect please email us WITHIN 3 business days of receiving your order for exchange (if available), replacement (if available), or store credit ONLY. We do not offer refunds on ANY of our pre-order items. 

Ready to ship: All ready to ship items will ship within 7-10 BUSINESS days. MOST shipments ship out same day or next day! 

DO NOT COMBINE ANY PRE-ORDER ITEMS WITH READY TO SHIP ITEMS AS YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE PRE-ORDER ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED. 

RETURNED OR LOST PACKAGES: If your package is returned or lost you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. Special K Smocks is NOT responsible for any items lost or stolen items once they have departed the warehouse and in the hands of USPS.
